Can katen surpass 90% limit on crit?

What the title says. Can someone help me out with this? Does the crit rate go above 90% limit? e.g. sternritter uryu has 30% crit from mod. From what I understand, if I stack him to 90% with stones his mod should take him to120% right?  aaaand with katen his crit rate would technically be 120+80 = 200%? Or does he get capped at 90% even with the mod and katen skill?

skills,zan,mods can go past the limit.
Equip,Stones,talents and fortifys can not.
