Wait really? I'm being told 2 different things now. So I should get URYU?
Is a matter of strategy, at your level I would go for HVI+kokuto because you can help yourself better with this combo And u save 1 place in your team. If you go BwB+Stern U would be tempted to go for Muken. Mostly because stern gives muken 40% ignore defense and 40% crit damage. BwB+Stern+Muken can potentially be better in terms of how they complement each other. BwB, boosting atk and giving block and shield for Muken and Stern is a good strat. Sternritter alone with BwB is good, but in my opinion HVI with Kokuto is better from what I'm seeing on your acc. You can always get BwB+HVI and add Kokuto later.
At your level, getting a BwB+HVI might be even better than going for the Kokuto combo.

200% is actually the skill of uryu.. after some debates here I decided to go for HVI+kokuto instead ...
It's nice to see some players actually thought of a good team build, way to go.

If you want a team that you can use all around PvP + PvE, HVI + kokuto is the way to go.
If you just want pure PvP, you can go ahead and go with the nerd+BWB.

Going for HVI in my situation boosted me 2 places in arena 3->1 against 2 stern users, one of them who has 500k bp more than my hvi and I didn't even add kokuto yet, depending on when and how Bankai Mayuri will be realeased i'm gonna complement my team with him 70-80% because I got a good feeling about him.

Im pretty sure its 400%. Unless he was nerfed recently. Im just saying it from what i see in the forum and wiki. The skill description in some servers may not have been properly edited. I dunno, since you have shinso and if combo is active you maybe able to get uryu to skill every turn as well. But with the current look of void it seems a bit hard to get him to 2m speed, and that is maybe why deemen said he is good for pvp only. If not i dont see any reason for hvi to outdamage uryu (considering kokuto is not there)Edit: If uryu fury crits thats 75 fury instead of 50 i think. With shinso it is very likely he can skill every turn

Uryu's normal skill is 400% damage. His exclusive skill is 200/300/400%.
