Restore 100 fury when killed bugged Tsukshima ,BWB

every time i fight against Tsukshima, hiki or nobles death mod 100% fury regen is not working for rest of the team only muken seems to get it.
ive looked in to the skills and effects of other team partners i could not find anything restricting fury regen.  Please look into thanks

its was in csb i dont normally fight tsukhimas teams i send it through br when i find it

yeah, cuz when they fix this kind of bug, they like BR.
