Question bout budget vip

Vip 4 is a good rank to aim for when on a budget? it seems most useful for events and such any advice.

If you are a budget player VIP 4 is indeed the ideal rank to aim for.
you can aim for VIP 5 for the purpose of no CD time on gear,instant GF chances and the ability to buy character slots for extra benefits that are rather neat to have but idealy VIP 4 is the main one and is mostly enough.
