lvl 110 inferno set

Can I open it before lvl110 or do I need to wait till that level?

Yeah i made the mistake of getting them before level 110. Since level 100 set can be opened early I thought it'd be the same for this one. I was wrong, its silly though, everyone is gonna change them to aquaria anyway. they should remove the level requirement
