what should I try to replace/improve on (taking any suggestions)

I know I need to replace everything but I would like to know which characters I should get or save up to get like urahara or yoroichi for like lvl 70 I'm sure you can find all your answers in forum and wiki, you need to search. almost all the questions have been answered in the forum u're on early stage focus building a pve team for events such as evil spirit and ryoka thus u need a 2 support 3 assault team to make most dmg; it depends always on the budget but from what i see and the free tav partners would be a combi dark rukia cute inoue ( u'll get to farm her lvl75 boost soul) main ikkaku and rent shin ishin on karakura festival, then replace when idk a swp grimjow for instance Dump sado at lvl 70 for sajin
Leave dark rukia for yoruichi at lvl 70
lvl 80 tavren buy uraahara( you vould him till lvl 110 atleast)
Focus on main till u get atleast the first reincarnation
If you are looking for a low budet or no gold spend team
then till lvl 100 thhis would this formation would be good for you
