I maintain a full team t1 with shinso gin with no restraints on partner speeds, so to me, shinso's added value is indispensable.
I even added +0 fortification Spirit Forged Level 100 Str Access on him for that extra +23% control chance

So 10 out of 50. The low lvl ones I haven't tried. I sure I can get those easy.
Oh roughly 500 for ranking. maybe 400 I had extra 720 gold.
