Just checked and I get the same error, xsolla homepage/website seems to be working fine though
You probably have to skip today's bankai power if that's the reason for topping up today, unless u have top-up cards or if they fix it immediately

the problem already reported, also, try logout of your account and re-login, then top up again.

there is only 2 payment option they remove xsolla i dont know .. if that payment will return
