Should I use or sell my skill scrolls?

I've been selling all my skill scrolls to this point, but I was wondering when should I actually start upgrading my skills. I'm not spending a lot, and I have 13050k silver. I feel like I'm going to need a lot of silver to fortify all my partners equipment at level 70, but I was wondering what do you guys think? Also which skill should I upgrade?
210k battle power, you must now focus to do heavy damage in es and kill ryokas. Except for growth rate, upgrading a skill doesn't do anything. I would sell them and focus reiatsu/fortify, anything that can boost your BP and your dmg. Even now, I don't see much use of the skill scrolls... even in endgame ur mostly gonna use the 8th skill for pve and maybe last skill for pvp ..but then again no one bothers with that anyways...so i would recommend upgrading them to maybe like lvl to around lvl 20ish then u start selling scrolls..then again it also depends on ur house level...u should get manor and enjoy the extra vits and scrolls from home If u have a heavy dmg dealing team or your formation is 1-3-1 or 2-3-0 then get your 9th skill to lvl25ish
and start selling thosr suckers
