so I topped up 2000 gold today and I still have 7 hours until the event ends but it doesnt let me claim the 2000 top up gift because it says it the event has ended???

It ended 5 days prior of the actual event ends so players have those 5 days to claim the prize. it's normal.

should've top up 5 days earlier, cuz the prize will be given out 5 different days. But hey, you got granz fragments, don't feelsbadman.
