This guy deduct 30% def accumulatively every round, and further reduce stuff from exclusive skills, so... he give extra heal % to the partner that do heal with his 5th mod.

Right, so if Ginjo only gets hit once per round they cancel out, if Ginjo gets hit more(which he should) then Ginjo still gains more def than he takes away per round.

No, it takes away final defense. They are not additive. At some point, it will reduce all of Ginjo's defense. It is similar to the way HVI's final mod works.
You just need to keep the partner alive for it to work. lol

Mod 5: Increase self Avoid Injury Rate by 20%
Mod 7: Reduce Vanguard Defense by 50% (Invalid in PvE)
Make it easier for Ginjo, so he won't turn into trash, while still remains as VG killer.
this guy should have some form of toxic poison effect, make it part of the mod when attacked poison or toxic to random partners or somthing or even cause stun.
