The buff is multiplicative, the non-buff (halo) like Hasch, Raijin, Shy Nemu... is additive, you add Shy's 30% directly to the base damage, not multiplying by 1.3.

well if u can afford to get him, then heck yeah
u can replace him with sdt
hasch is a really really great add i think he is the 2nd best supp to back up an assaulter with after bwb
and for a formation that has Yowatch i'd say that he is the nr.1 supp

Future is money, money is future.
For if you should go for the glasscannon way, mind that it is much harder to build and make the ultimate nuker than with the oranges such a Muken or Stern or HVI+Kokuto... and the +35% ATK/DMG halo is gone if the support dies, Glasscannon Yhwach is the "High risk high reward" kind of partner... It's safer to play with an orange assaulter.
All I said are just guesses and calculations, I don't have the experience with the glasscannon against the recent partners of today because I don't have the supports lol
