The point of fury stones then becomes being able to skill after the first attack.
But like, there is no good way of countering this partner without the developers making fury stones useless. I already foreseen the issue, and fought really hard with the useless gogames support when the partner released. Too bad i wasnt there to stop the developer to do shit like this. This partner really ruined a lot of shit. The mod should've just been 50 fury instead of 50% fury. That would've been fine. I love it!! If it's just Tsukishima on a team it's better for the t1 players which his mod affects the most. Only high end players can get Blood War Mayuri or Tsukishima anyways. Other than his op fury deduction he's a bit of a bland partner, good with a full team of Fullbringers which are going to be outdated again by Christmas.
An easy change is a single percentage symbol. Either way you just need to look at Muken because he was a game breaker when he first came out and now he's essentially a f2p partner. Ultimately I see this going the same way until the next freak partner comes out. Never forget that they still have a Soul King Yhwach to make.
