I do not think they will provide compensation. Slave EXP ultimately becomes near useless if you progress enough through the game, and they have many bugs they have not yet addressed, so I doubt this is their top priority.
Considering their history, you are lucky if you get anything back from support if it isn't top-up related. yes I talk about this problem , at least u answered me , yeah ofc I wont have shit , but I wanna know if i will ever be able to get slave exp
