I think Koga was not on the voting list for the next ubp, b. Renji alsoThis was not an official Poll. Koga came in second and YHWACH first but YHWACH came out some 5 UBPs ago Koga never came out. Besides if everyone has YHWACH it would be a boring game give the other assaulters a chance.
