ToT didn't refresh

On my realm, ToT didn't refresh.
I'm from EU 616, I don't know realm number.

After i saw no reset i tried to bet anyway i did the first 2 bets on myself and the best player of my server just to see he was bested by someone with 7m BP i checked the report just to see they are different players... Just to be clear i don't cry about 50 coupons i just want a fix
