i second that on the aspect of koga is a hybrid assaulter half support with his dodge meta and mutilation mods, plus his more crowd control than a damage dealer for sure, by that i mean chaos on support and fury deduction on vg and assaul; plus he regens his own fury; in that matter on another topic baka ken is more of a 4th assaulter than vangaurd too
these kinds of partner may need more farm and a specific set up to get full aspect of him for pve 3rd event he is still worth it if you can max out dodge stones or at less 3-4 chars and have a good vg but that is about it. Most other events dodge is a wasted stat and pvp... really hard to make it fully work.
