Easter feast Minazuki

Hello.

I bought a Minazuki from easter fest for 20 k gold but never received it. I have checked my zanpakto list (still says i need minazuki illustration to activate it), it is not in my bag nor in the temp space of my bag.

yes 100 times already :) just to make sure and my bag was not full also
