It could be based on his/her level, like lvl90 gets 220 chances, lvl80 gets 120 etc.. but again thats just a random guess ;p

tbh though I don't understand why people save beauty games, you are going to use them at some point in time regardless.

I myself am a vitality saver, however I use my beauty games whenever I get them. VS having to 30min + going through 100s in 1 day just seems dumb.
