UBP Senjumaru
Should i use up my vitality for Senjumaru since i have enough to get at least 40k for her or should i wait for the rotation to change to Hikifune KirioMy Team currently has:
Swimsuit Inoue
Yamamoto Genryuusai
Komamura Sajin
Urahara Kisuke

You should wait another UBP, however.. I think you need assaulter, not support.
What's your zanpakuto?

Great, as expected you're still in the early game.
Switch to 2-3-0 formation.
Grab Isane Kotetsu or Hiki/or any phy atk buffer and an assaulter for PVE. B. Renji, Yhwach, even rent Shin Isshin.
Your main goal would be grinding levels, silver, stones from ryoka and ES.
Play the waiting game at the UBP, this is september, december is always something great so have some vit stacked for then.
