ubp characters
will every character in the game eventually be in ubp or are some characters restricted?Probably not. orrr we could get returns from ones that have only been in there once and it was during a time for some reason that i was coincidentally busy enough to not do UBP and miss out on the 1 character i ever wanted in UBP since everyone else is available to get through other means so it'd be a waste to get them from UBP so instead i gotta wait on this 1 character to come out in UBP again and hopefully it's not also during a coincidental time again where i'm somehow not busy and capable of playing since i haven't done a single UBP yet in 5 odd years and would love to do 1 for the very first time
TL;DR - pls give shinigami kensei again tank you
