Blood War Ulquiorra did not work
Edited by ulumax0099 at 2019-11-2 02:21As you can see in the attached picture, I have Blood War Ulquiorra, but I think the last Mod (Increase Ignore Defense by 100%) does not work. I set it as the main DPS and it's better to buy HVI. The character is simply weak (this is just my opinion.) . (Exclusive 65 LV).

With the same equipment, HVI kills everything.

but what I think they did, is the amount of damage is at 60% instead of 600% :P
also confirmed that 100% ignore def works, just normal skills is messed up.

The next problem is that it has an exclusive skill on LV 70 It attacks all units but only if it is furious at 100. If it is below it attacks one unit.:funk: And it is clearly written with normal attack will release skill.: C
