Where can I use Skill Scroll

I have like 300 of them I don't know where I can use them. Help!

that's not a lot tho...
You use them to level up your skills. It's best you save them up for when you unlock your 10th skill.

Level up 8th or 9th.

It depends on use. 8th and 9th are more for PvE and 10th is for PvP

For PvP it depends on formation and partners, if his main is trash and he cant do dmg then both 8&9 is much better choice.

Well if he isn't gonna focus one bit on his main I think he's better off with selling the scrolls.

Skill update? Up to level 100 and some upgrades later on? Like lower early on and gradually gets higher?
