Well, mind informing me of the difficulties involved? to be perfectly frank, it's a job I'm unsure is difficult to do - I can see how to unscramble nearly all the text in the current game from just eyeballing, and I'd imagine the person hired - or repositioned that's already doing some other job - would only really require a basic knowledge of bleach. I could totally see there being unknown factors I just don't see though, and I'm asking out of honest interest rather than criticism.

It's not as simple as opening notepad and rewriting lines and clicking save.
It involves going into the actual coding itself, to fix some of these things. Also, this game is a direct translation from the Chinese version, where some of the way the Chinese write their written language does not translate well straight text to text english.
There is also the issue, that this game is a Chinese game, with the text boxes and such, being exact copies of the Chinese version, thus why you see missing text on the English version, the box is to small. It's an issue with taking a Chinese game and just straight porting it to English. It may or may not take some major work to fix these small things. I do not know how many they have on the team, or who does what. I do know if it's fixable, they will fix it in due time. This game is still "closed beta" and has bugs, which will be fixed if possible.
When I get a chance to speak to the devs I'll ask what direction they are going in with this. I haven't talked to any of them or support today.
Ahh, alright. I see your issue then. Thanks for taking the time to explain. I was actually unaware this was still classified as "closed beta" - the way the servers have been popping up recently made me think it might be in open beta. I suppose not all of the features have come over yet, though.

I'm sorry I worded it wrong, it is "Open Beta" but it's beta non the less. There are bound to be a ton of bugs. The only difference between Closed Beta and Open Beta, is Closed it's invite only, where open beta let's everyone in.
But it's still beta non the less, with a bigger, more permanant testing player base :)
