Characters with coupons

So I came back after 4-5 years of hiatus i see many new characters and zans being added. Also i got the login reward with a bunch of coupons, so im curious if there are any events that let you purchase characters with coupons. I have 27724 coupons

nop, you cant. but you can buy runes for t1 if you want.. wait to ubp for example, the last ubp was shunko. maybe the next you get luck

Well if you collect a bit more you can buy Shinso Gin from the honor shop but it is around 38000 coupons

I rather you spend coupon to buy vits and get them from UBP, it's much cheaper that way.
