exclusive fragments
So i recently started a new character got to Lvl 75 and got exclusive fragments but what Lvl do you get soul cultivation couldn't find that part on the wikiI'm guessing either 80, or 100.
I also suggest that you do not spend those Exclusive Fragments past Level 15 unless you have a good enough character to use for a long time whom you can build to be strong over time (should at the very least be an Ultimate Battle Power-UBP character).
You ought to consult someone on your choice also (when the time comes and you have accumulated enough Vitality points to get a UBP character worthy of the investment).
oh it was just a weird glitch but I used it mostly on bazz-b and sexy kukaku lol I have another character just kinda went on awol for 2 years and got way behind and decided to start up new lol
