How come in VN server ubp is much easier

am i tripping or is this 4.6k vit to get chracters

They are always easier, it's for people in poor country.

You can join them if you want less competition, and get stuff easier.

Usually for those people who can't keep up in US/EU will go there to satisfy their dreams.
