I don't know what to do
So, 3 years ago i was playing this everyday but i suddenly stopped and now im lost, lvl 86 850k bp. My formation is MC, komamura, yamamoto, urahara and ikkaku. im trying to get some vitality, doing some daily stuff but i don't know what to do next, i mean i have some toshiro coupouns but i really don't know if it's worth it, what character should i get? What is the best that i can do?Help me pls

Do not actively go for any Special War Power character.
For you they would definitely take far too long and that is a year long issue for the actual tinily useful Nozarashi Kenpachi or Ultima Aizen (if you do get someone from Special War Powers, I'd suggest either Nozarashi Kenpachi or Ultima Aizen).
I suggest that you continue to save vitality for Ultimate Battle Power and spend for a character from there.
Once you have a good formation from Ultimate Battle Power, begin to spend Vitality for Seireitei Attack.-

You could make use of Hollowed Ichigo from the Tavern as well later on. He is plenty useful but it does take time to get him, nowhere near as long as Nozarashi Kenpachi though, so that is an option.

Just make sure to complete your Events (Evil Spirit, Guild War, Ryoka Attack, Void). Events are essential on a Daily Basis. You will definitely lose most of your benefits and cut 80-90% of your growth overall in the game if you do not do Events on consistently. Daily Activities you have to do all of them, I mean Alliance Campaign, Soul Cultivation, Mod Soul Pill Cultivation, Cross Server Battle, Arena Challenge (regardless of whether you win or lose, you receive Prestige points for the battle), betting on people in Tournament of Throne (you can just bet on people who have a noticeable difference in battle power), Shutara's Shop is a must to claim each day as well, the rest are important also, basically everything but I think these are the ones that may be most important for you to set the basis as you grow over time.

Muken Aizen is a character must to get for you also. He will take longer than Nozarashi Kenpachi to get, in my opinion. He is a Cross Server Battle character and he requires 10,000 Inferno Stones (Red Stones which you get for clearing rows of enemies in Cross Server Battle, First row is 40, second is 20, third is 10, fourth is 5, fifth is 5).
