I've been through this before on other games and I'm getting all the signs again. At the end of the day it's your choice to play or to quit.

Here are my thoughts after being here some odd 6months
When a bug is noted (cannot modify swp, ryoka needs to be fixed to accommodate more players ,ect) let's not forget the EU servers as a whole in the past, random EU servers would just shut off for days and some would miss events + compensation.
The devs and support do absolutely nothing.
The only time they ever act is when someone finds a bug to get "free" items, without emptying their wallets for it.
Greedy bunch of people, giving little regard for good service. support and gogames? :lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol I'm interested on the person who voted for the support team. Did they pay the person or just gogame staff, anyway good luck for this,
if it wasn't for the fan of bleach and the bonds created in the platforms this game would have been dead long time ago btw if you ahve an official petition to be signed i think we'll all be glad to sign it just voted they dont support with 1 simple reason, they must be more active with the players. but when i had a problem with top up i got the gold back. that is true. but didnt get a single word from them, even a "sorry about this". Gogames support is non-existant there is a lack of information on events and Gogoames gives almost no incentives to be a VIP. I'm used to support that is more active and detailed (http://forum.r2games.com/showthread.php?162683-Chinese-New-Year-Events!) and benefits that are decent (http://wartune.r2games.com/guide/view?id=210) hate to reference wartune (but compared to here support is way better) but I feel a lot of people only stick around here because they are a fan of Bleach.
