when you blacklist someone can they still capture you as a slave?

I'm pretty sure that Blacklisting someone only disables the person from messaging you, mailing you, and seeing your messages in the World Chat.
No other restrictions.
So they should forever be able to Capture you, Interact with you, Plunder your Konso, and the like.
