HELP! PARTNER RECRUITING!

Guys! I can now recruit a purple partner, should I choose Rukia and replace my Nanao or choose Renji and replace my Ichigo? Thank you :)

if u can take that two i prefer renji than ichigo bcs nanao is better than ichigo almost if u only can one is better replace ichigo bcs he will always do the skill and become useless but if u can put another assaulter or prefer take rukia and replace ichigo by rukia is good too bcs the skill of rukia can apply to assaulters and it's better for dmg
