Protect Seireiti - Cool Events

Hello, in our server(EU-810) rival guild was powerful so we try to minimize their gain for catching them up. 1 time that was succesful but next time let alone participate we didn't open the potect seireiti event. Still they win? Is there some sort bug or little detail we are missing.
