Simply asking is it possible to get it without paying gold/coupons on Directly start Phase 4?Just luck is what you need, you can push your luck with gold/coupons but IMO only to buy extra chances :P It's totally possible without spending on direct level 4 unlock
This is the only totally random/based on luck aspect of the game where there's no discrepancy between f2p and vip

lol yes I got one when I just started playing at lower levels but I've paid some coupons/gold. ever since that day I didn't get a single one.. so I wondered is it cuz I paid or its random luck.. well i tried so many times n get 0 well i got already 3 gold hogys and i have not paid a cent. was purely luck notice that most of the time those yellow comes at early stages specially the speed one, never happened to me, now after million of tries got 4 of them but no speed wich is the key factor of these hogyoku
