When Yama's fury reduction is on anyone, they don't gain fury at all from any effect. The problem I have seen though is if he does kill people, the debuff can still go on them even though they aren't on the battlefield any longer. So I've had fights where after taking out 3 people after Yama skills, only 1 person gets his debuffs. Pretty crappy bug, which I find it to be. Debuffs shouldn't be able to effect people already dead. I've never seen anyone gain fury that has that debuff, so if anyone else has seen that then please make it known. 1-3-1 would be deadly with Senbonsakura, but I'm not even thinking about making any serious purchases atm after seeing the retarded prices from this current event.

Shinso is at 176k in the fight and Yama after Zangetsu's attacks pushes over 162k. Nothing impressive but against most people they are fast enough to attack before being attacked.

As far as this event I'd not even pay attention to it. This just seems like one of those "luck seeker" events.. Where they just hope that at least 1 guy buys all this shit then they are happy, just enjoy the freebies even though they are really low..

He's such a beast. I'm so glad I got mine in Joint Task. Can't ever think of replacing him :). Would love Senbonsakura, but not worth the speed loss.
