Cannot upgrade to the next rank even though I have enough prestige

Hi There,

I have the following issue:

My current rank is 5th division captain.
In order to become 4th division leutenant I need 50463 prestige
I currently own 69564 prestige..
The upgrade buttons is grey and I cannot go to the next rank

Please your help, thanks!
