Can anyone that knows Chinese translate what rewards they get?

I can already see they get 4 lvl 4 stones at 3,000 instead of lvl 3 stones at 5,000.

well Urahara still can replace tavern Aizen in my team but agree Cute Inoue is better IMO :'(
