Seven Days-Gift pack bugged on server 109!!!

Hello this is the 7th day of this server we should recive gold ichibo but for some reason we don't we have only 1 day....:curse:
like this we won't be able to get gold ichigo for the next Cool event..please fix it soon.One more question where i can contact the support...the links on the main site are dead all

sometimes it resets after certain amount of time, it's ok if you didn't have it before, you will soon
