This meant that all players on this server that joined before the update can never get the promised rewards, as the server probably thinks that these players have already had a chance to get them, as they have not, this destroys the trustworthyness of the game...
Could you at least put up golden ichigo or something for the people who have been affected, as it just ended, without it being the fault of anyone...
I will link this thread to anyone on the server so that they can comment if they were affected or not.

it was a server wide bug, affected everyone afaik. @dryirish, try to keep your comments somewhat pg. a lot that play this game are fairly young.

Hamada You will get them, so be patient.. and its good that those rewards reset.. you get them more than one time at least. so just be patient until you get them all.. and if you want ichigo that bad, he is worst than matsumto or renji. just because he is a gold partner doesn't mean he is good. and for the support we lost more vauluable things that we paid for and no support for us, you are mad for something that is completely free. the reason i would like Ichigo is because of the fact that he is gold, and that some events give some items for adding gold members.
And no, it is impossible for us to get it through normal means because you only get Ichigo or gegetsuburi on the first rotation, and since this rotation has already happened because of the reset, we can never get it...

yes but its a 6 day long event, and you will get ichi in a couple. so it is still in time.
also 1 partener is 300 coupons, 2 is 500 afaik.
i dont see it as a big deal just a bug that occured during the event roll out, so something they should be aware of for the future.

And who is RuBiZ? same problem im on the 4th day log in and its not giving what it says if we are not going to get the things it says we will get then whats the point in leaving it up to get peoples hopes up plz fix this issue
