I'm almost to level 70 and i would like to know if Shinji is any good? and who shoud i unlock?

Yeah go for hirako or sajin depends on what you like.. for me I would choose hirako

like shield said. sajin + yuro is prob the best buys. depending on ur activity and how fast you lvl up harribel is fine too.
