just spent 300 gold to get the 2nd ultimate equipment set but even though it's registered(saw that thanks to nanao) i can't find it anywhere?

You should go into backpack - You have probably missed the 1st set you bought, you buy it as a pack. try to look in your general tab on the backpack there you can probably find the box you should open to receive the set you bought as a group buy.
