As people said in this thread, both are pretty bad overall but Haineko is better at 50+ while wabisuke should be used as your first zanpakuto until you get access to better ones. Wabisuke is generally useless in PvP, as well as PvE, i take back my statement from months ago, he reduces speed , but only for vanguard and vanguard speed has little to no impact on a battle, he mightaswell not have any speed at all.
