Can use Level 60 Accessories on Level 50 Characters

This happens when you use the exchange all option only. In my case Idid with it a level 63 Orihime  to a level 50 Rukia.

Also the BP is actually there too, is it is not just a visual glitch.

Yep you can do that with exchange all option, maybe a bug because only change accesories not gears
