no, it goes like this.. you pay 30k gold and get 100 fragments.. then you can either use those 100 to excahnge for senbon or the 30/20/10 fragments.... when you have 0 fragments and you want the 30/20/10 you will have to pay gold instead. I don't know if you understand me or not :P EDIT: You pay 30k gold where it says Exchange to get 100 fragments. You exchange with senbon and 0 will be left. If you touch the 30 / 20 / 10 fragments you will lose the chance to buy senbon for 30k gold. I hope thats more clear to understand :P

or just get enough coupons for them.. I have renji recruited so I claimed the gift for it.. but the others I got less coupons than the required amount.. If i'm not mistaken you might be able to claim the gift without recruiting them, maybe just from gathering enough coupons

No, the coupons remains, they won't be consumed. how to claim? it's either recruit or just gather enough (thats i'm not sure about)
