Gegetsuburi and Gold Ichigo Bug

The server I reside on US 136 and, none of us there have never received on the 3rd day of the 7 day login our Gegetsuburi picture book to unlock the Zanpakuto. Along with that
we on the 7th day of the 7 day login gift pack we never received our Gold Ichigo partner either. We all find this un-fair since we did top-up mostly for the reason of gaining these two
as our Zanpkuto/Partner. Everyone on the server US 136 can vouch for this and, we would like to get our gift packs. This isn't the way to treat customers of your game, who support you
by donating money and, the company not keeping their promise on what we are to get from doing so. All we ask on server US 136 is that the staff help us with this problem as soon as possible and,
if not then we will have a bigger problem on our hands.

I did not get Gegetsubri, and I waited very patiently for him and I don't want to not get Ichigo in two days when I sign in two more times. I am from server 136 and my character's name is Kyofu Kaze. well nobody got it.. and the support wont answer. tried send mail to them and no answer..
rly consider to stop play this game when they cant hold what they promise me 2 at eu 114 Now I don't have the gold Ichigo OR the Gegetsuburi. :curse: Some folks on 115 already have Ichigo. I can't claim anything thou :( Same problem.But only in Gold Ichigo.
