we have a problem in our server EU127 as we had played 7 days daily gift and some of the requirements we haven't received such as Gegetsuburi(Zanpakuto) and gold Ichigo.
I hope you will resolve the issue that occur in our server

Hi, I have the same problem. on the server EU S1
I didn't receive gold Ichigo for the seventh day of an entrance to game :'(, after pressing of the button to receive there was a disconnect of the server and all. with what it is connected and how to receive Ichigo:L please correct it.
