the more they delay it, the more people will quit imo...
The top people are not going to leave their servers...the rest will try to go to the new servers for a better shot at #1...when they don't do it there, they go to the next...rinse and repeat.
Mergers will come, I do not know when, more than likely after 50+ servers are online.

Hmmm, your #1 BP guy must not have a good team set up, or his Agility is way low...which would be the cause to.
Levels are not a huge factor in power, yes they can have better gear, but with spirit infusing, new gear is not off the forge way better, it's usually weaker.
