Before adding in new characters fix special war power ones. SWP Renji is a BIG trash, he is a lot worse than tavern renji.

About new, just fill in missing espada (9-8-7 and 0) and add filler characters as Maki from bount arc and so on.. No need for another unbalanced top end stuff which power is not even reviled in manga yet.
