The same 2 guys attack me in arena, about 20 lost against them (clearing CD to use their last chance once for all on me before the reset), they attack me in soul hunt whatever i hunt (so what's the point? 2k or 3k silver when i rarely get espada), they attack me in sereitei soul palace, can't even stay 10min, they attack me, no they target me in gw, clearing their CD just to, indeed, attack me, waiting for the big guys leave and then enter battle and die 5sec later, when i come back, they've already cleared their CD just for me (just watching and noting), they attack me in protect sereitei, i see only their name in the report... this is not paranoia, it's a fact!!
If it was 1 guy, i could understand you say i'm crying blablabla but 2??? where's the fun?? except for n1 and n2 they can't fight, there're 4 people under them they can fight, and over 30 chances i got 20 only for me?? and you tell me to chill?? LOOOOOOLL what a nonsense... So Vexile, i won't neither thank you for your uselessness...

Hmmm... I'm #1 in arena and hate to say it #2,3,and 4 are my perma slaves. nothing personal with them just the highest BP i can get within my reach. if another higher lvl were to pop up then the lowest of the current 3 would be freed. as for GW... I'm an equal opportunity smusher and i'm on auto enter so half the time i'm not even there. it is possible the ppl use the same strategy...

happens to me i bear it for 1 week...
n 1 week later... tht guy perished in just 1 nite... coz i attked him 22hrs str8 on...

to improve your ryoka, if you can, increase your VIP level until Vip 4 to get the skip battle.
it will help you a lot if you can 1 hit them.
Best thing you really can do ignore them. Don't respond or say anything to them in guild chat.. if they go on forums .. ignore them there as well because if they are intentionally doing this then the reward is your reaction/response and you quitting is the cherry on top.
If it is intentionl and they are looking for a reaction then they will move on to someone that does.
