Guys its a bullshit bug by gogames and both ichigo and that zanpaktou suck after lvl 50 and maybe if u joined 2 months ago then u would've gotten them.

So that's my fault that I didn't get them, because I've joined week ago, not 2 months ago? Sorry, but it doesn't sound logic...if they said that YOU WILL HAVE ZANPAKTOU AND ICHIGO, then everyone should got them, no matter if they've signed month ago or week ago. Maybe they suck over lvl 50, but after 7 days most of players are UNDER 50 lvl, so this items may be useful for them.
