Troube topping up

for some reason I go to the store on the new server 147 and try to top up but it keeps throwing me out saying some error pls help I just left ninja classic to play this

United states resident here, got error msg, my bank told me since there was so much fraud coming out of foriegn countries, the bank system shutdown all out of country transactions.  That the only way now to top up is gift cards, gogames needs to do them:'( pls, i want to remain evolving and getting stronger. idk what to do now but patiently wait and hope they resolve the issue.
